Official summary

Legislative Counsel’s Digest (official, as of the latest version). Written by nonpartisan legislative staff; reproduced verbatim.

Existing law prescribes rules for navigating steam and sailing vessels through navigable waters of the state. Existing law provides that these provisions, in so far as they are not in conflict with the admiralty and maritime jurisdiction and laws of the United States, apply to navigation on the navigable waters of the United States and to navigation on the navigable waters of this state.

This bill would make nonsubstantive changes to that provision.
