SaveYourState is an independent, nonpartisan civic website. It is not a government website and is not affiliated with any government agency, political party, or campaign. We can’t help with government services, voter registration, or ballots. For those, please contact your state or county election office.
Corrections
Found a factual error? Tell us what’s wrong, the page it’s on, and, if you can, a link to the official source. Verified corrections are made promptly and noted on the page. Every bill page also has a “Spot an error?” link that fills in the details for you.
General questions
Questions about the site, our methods, or email alerts are welcome. See About & methodology for how we collect and present information.
Data or removal requests
To unsubscribe from alerts or delete your alert data, use the links in any alert email, or email us and we’ll do it for you. If you are a public official or candidate and want to report an outdated photo, link, or profile detail, email us with the page link. We take down personal information that shouldn’t be public; official public records (such as bill sponsorship or candidate filings) stay as published by the government source.

Candidates and officials: send us your photo or website
If your profile shows a gray silhouette or “No website found”, you can send us a photo and your website. Please send a head-and-shoulders photo that you own or have the right to share, tell us who took it, and say that SaveYourState may show it on your profile with that credit. Send it from your campaign or official email address, or include a link where it already appears on your official or campaign site, so we can confirm it’s you. We give every candidate the same small format, regardless of party, and we never edit photos.
