Hawaii county laws

Select your county on the map or in the list. Each county page links to the official county code and meeting agendas, and lists recent ordinances and resolutions, in plain language where a summary has been written. County laws change often, and the official source is always the authority.

Good to know: Hawaii has four county governments (Hawaii, Honolulu, Kauai and Maui). Each is a combined county government; Honolulu is officially the City and County of Honolulu. Kalawao County has no county government.
