Constitutional Amendment K: Trust fund for unclaimed property
On the ballot: November 3, 2026 Legislatively referred constitutional amendment
A YES vote means
Unclaimed abandoned property held by the State Treasurer would be deposited in a constitutional trust fund, with portions of its earnings distributed to the state general fund as set by the Legislature.
A NO vote means
The constitution stays as it is.
