Question 1 (CACR 13): Eliminating the elected register of probate
On the ballot: November 3, 2026 Legislatively referred constitutional amendment
Heads up: voting YES on this measure removes the elected office of register of probate from the constitution.
A YES vote means
The elected county office of register of probate and all references to it would be removed from the New Hampshire Constitution.
A NO vote means
Registers of probate would continue to be elected in each county as provided in the constitution.
