Initiative Measure 441: Online sports wagering (statute)

On the ballot: November 3, 2026 Citizen-initiated statute

A YES vote means

State law would allow people located in Nebraska to place sports wagers online through authorized racetrack gaming operators or their platform providers, regulated by the State Racing and Gaming Commission.

A NO vote means

No such statutes would be enacted.
