On the ballot: November 3, 2026 Legislatively referred constitutional amendment
A YES vote means
A city or town court judge could live in the county where the court is located or in the bordering Indiana county closest to the city or town.
A NO vote means
The current residency requirement for city and town court judges in Article 6, Section 6 stays unchanged.
