Question #1: Time for Senate action on judicial appointments
On the ballot: November 3, 2026 Legislatively referred constitutional amendment
A YES vote means
The Senate would have sixty days instead of thirty to consider judicial appointments made between April 1 and December 31.
A NO vote means
The Senate would still have to act on a judicial appointment within thirty days or be deemed to have consented to it.
