Amendment 1: Georgia Next Generation 9-1-1 Fund
On the ballot: November 3, 2026 Legislatively referred constitutional amendment (House Resolution No. 1243, 2026)
A YES vote means
The General Assembly could create the Georgia Next Generation 9-1-1 Fund and dedicate revenues from specified sources to it, to be used only for 9-1-1 systems.
A NO vote means
The constitution would not change, and no dedicated 9-1-1 fund would be authorized.
