Proposition 141: Taxes, fees, and limits based on vehicle miles traveled
On the ballot: November 3, 2026 Constitutional amendment referred by the Legislature
A YES vote means
The Arizona Constitution would prohibit the state and local governments from taxing or charging fees based on miles driven, and from monitoring or limiting miles driven without the driver’s consent.
A NO vote means
The current constitutional language on taxation stays as it is.
