Issue No. 4: Water, waste disposal, and pollution abatement bonds

On the ballot: November 3, 2026 Bond question referred by the General Assembly (Act 578, 2025)

A YES vote means

The Arkansas Natural Resources Commission could issue up to $500 million in state general obligation bonds for water, waste disposal, pollution control, drainage, irrigation, flood control, and wetlands projects.

A NO vote means

The Commission would not be authorized to issue these bonds.
